หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ:

• รับผิดชอบงานด้านต้อนรับ และรับโทรศัพท์
• ดูแลความเรียบร้อยของอาคารสถานที่งานเอกสาร
• หน้าที่ประสานงานภายในและภายนอก
• หน้าที่จัดซื้ออุปกรณ์สำนักงาน
• ต่อประกันภัยรถยนต์ และประกันภัยกลุ่มของบริษัท
• งานประกันสังคมแจ้งเข้า-ออกของพนักงาน และอื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• งานเอกสารเข้า-ออกของไปรษณีย์ที่ส่งมาบริษัท
• งานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร:

• เพศหญิง อายุ 22 ปี ขึ้นไป
• การศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี
• มีบุคลิกดี มนุษยสัมพันธ์ที่ดี มีความอดทน น้ำเสียงไพเราะ
• สามารถใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ได้
• มีใจรักบริการ ชอบทำงานติดต่อประสานงาน
