R&D Engineer Manager - บริษัท โทเดนโค (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด

1.Monitor daily production performance and implement corrective action to achieve KPI (OEE,scrap rate, cycle time, down time)
2.Ensure optimal utilization of machine, tooling, jig fixtrue, materials and manpower on production line
3.Drive cost reduction, waste elimination and productivity improvement
4.To be consulted for requirements and solutions of manufacturing and logistic for the new product project
5.To perform and analysis of the change in assembly time, line balancing on production line to improve productivity
6.Supervise all of design & development process including jig fixture / preventive & predictive maintenance system
7.Monitor, evaluate and analyze information to prevent and solve problems of machine & production line
8.Mange the program's budget. Forecast actuals against plan/quote for income/revenue, cost/labor & expend
9. Review RFQ for new product before submit to sale department 
10.Manage new product launch projects, ensuring strict adherence to time management and project milestones
11.Shared best practice and training to cross sites to develop people knowledge and skills depends on request or assignments
"12. Ensure and encourage to all employee to realize for customer expectation and requirements"
13.To monitor, manage and control work performance of all subordinates to meet the department and company gols and objectives
"14.Manage risks and issues and take corrective measurements including report to top management"
