Responsibilities
- Build up CRM long term strategic plan and create brand experience, engagement program with key message alignment to achieve the agreed communication strategy and business goal
- Create and implement CRM events and activities to support business goal aligned with marketing theme and strategy
- Maintain customer relations of acquired customers
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management or any related field.
- Minimum GPA of 2.70 for undergraduate and 3.30 for postgraduate studies
- Good command of English (TOEIC score of 550 or higher)
- Experience in CRM, Events
- Having basic understanding of consumer behavior and marketing concept
- Team player with excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong service mind, negotiation, excellent communication and event organization skills
- Proficient to manage data to enhance customer relationship
- Ability to work independently as well as within multi-functional teams and external stakeholders
- Be able to work during weekend and outside Bangkok e.g. weekend event in upcountry
