Job SummaryTo oversee and drive safety performance within the Business Unit, ensuring compliance with corporate safety policies, regulatory requirements, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Job Descriptions

• Implement and monitor safety policies, plans, and annual action plans as defined by Business Unit
• Track, analyze, and report safety performance in alignment with Business Unit and Business Unit standards.
• Coordinate and collaborate with OH&S teams, relevant functions, and internal/external stakeholders to ensure effective safety management.
• Collect, analyze, and summarize safety data for Business Unit management review, including performance trends and improvement recommendations.
• Support the development and follow-up of Action Plans related to safety performance and risk mitigation.
• Promote and ensure compliance with Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requirements across operations.
• Conduct safety inspections, assessments, and audits to ensure adherence to safety standards and legal requirements.
