Responsibilities
Job Description:
- บริหารจัดการงานสัญญาโครงการ (Contract Administration & Interpretation - FIDIC)
- บริหารจัดการการขอขยายระยะเวลาสัญญา (EOT Management) และรายการเปลี่ยนแปลง (Variation Order Management)
- บริหารจัดการการเรียกร้องสิทธิและการชดเชย (Claims Management & Support Arbitration/Claims)
- บริหารจัดการความเสี่ยงด้านการค้า (Commercial Risk Management) และเจรจาต่อรองสัญญา (Contract Negotiation)
- ให้คำปรึกษาแก่ผู้จัดการโครงการ (Advise Project Manager) และดูแลการโต้ตอบจดหมายกับลูกค้า (Client Correspondence)
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- ปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาวิศวกรรมศาสตร์ และ หากมีปริญญานิติศาสตร์เพิ่มเติม หรือผ่านการทำงานด้านกฎหมายที่เกี่ยวข้อง จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านการบริหารสัญญาและงาน Commercial ในโครงการวิศวกรรมอย่างน้อย 5 ปี
- มีความรู้และความเข้าใจด้านสัญญา FIDIC และงานด้าน Commercial เป็นอย่างดี
- มีทักษะในการบริหารจัดการ Claim, Variation และกฎหมายพื้นฐานที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีทักษะการวิเคราะห์ สรุปปัญหา และประสานงานอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
- สามารถใช้ภาษาอังกฤษในการทำงานได้เป็นอย่างดี
- สามารถใช้งาน Microsoft Office ได้อย่างชำนาญ
- สามารถปฏิบัติงานต่างจังหวัดได้
