Responsibilities
- Strong interest in technology trend.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through comprehensive market research, cold outreach, networking, and strategic partnerships
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to understand business needs, gather requirements, and initiate tailored solutions that drive value and growth.
- Analyze customer pain points and propose appropriate technology solutions using a solution-based approach.
- Develop persuasive pitch materials by designing impactful pitch decks and collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather data, insights, and technical inputs for proposals and presentations.
- Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., Sales, Project Management, Product) to ensure smooth project initiation, client satisfaction, and seamless integration of new systems.
- Track and report on the outcomes of the business development initiatives
- Manage post-sales client relationships to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Business Administration or related fields.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a business development, business analyst, or system analyst role.
- In-depth knowledge of IT development, payment systems, and business process management.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on relationship-building and customer-centricity.
