Business Development Manager - บริษัท ประกิต โฮลดิ้งส์ จำกัด (มหาชน)

• Development and execution of corporate and business strategies to drive sustainable growth in both short-term and long-term horizons.
• Identify, evaluate, and manage new business opportunities, strategic initiatives, and new projects from planning through execution and post-implementation review.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external partners to ensure effective execution of business plans and strategic projects in alignment with corporate objectives.
• Monitor, analyze, and evaluate the performance of ongoing initiatives and projects, and prepare executive-level reports and presentations for MD.
• Provide data-driven insights, analysis, and strategic recommendations to support executive decision-making.
• Improve and standardize business processes, management practices, and operational frameworks in line with corporate standards and governance.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall strategic direction and objectives of the organization.

• Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Business Development, Corporate Strategy, Management Consulting, or Project Management.
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and reporting skills, particularly at the executive level.
• High level of professionalism, attention to detail, and leadership capability.
• Proficient in English.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working closely with MD or in a role such as Executive Assistant (Strategy), Business Partner, or Corporate Strategy.
• Experience in medium to large corporate organizations.
• Solid understanding of corporate structures, governance, and cross-functional collaboration
