Responsibilities
- Develop and execute training and development programs that align with the company’s goals.
- Design and implement leadership development, succession planning, and career path programs.
- Assess training needs and create effective learning solutions for employees at all levels.
- Collaborate with department heads to ensure talent development strategies support business objectives.
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness, ensuring continuous improvement.
- Stay updated on HRD trends and best practices to enhance employee engagement and productivity.
- Manage training budgets and optimize resources for maximum efficiency.
- Develop an onboarding program & orientation for new employees.
- Implement new HR program or platform.
- Prepare Annual Evaluation Document.
- Annual Health Check & Vaccine
- Other task as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in HRD, training, or organizational development.
- Strong knowledge of learning and development methodologies, competency frameworks, and performance management systems.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with HR technology and e-learning platforms is a plus.
