Equipment Engineer - บริษัท ลูเมนตั้ม อินเตอร์เนชั่นแนล (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด

·       Drive technical problem resolution and process execution to ensure production targets are met and product quality meets customer expectations. As the Thailand-based Product Engineer, support local manufacturing operations and product-related activities.

·       Take short-term and long-term corrective actions when equipment or tooling failures occur.

·       Manage equipment preventive maintenance and calibration documentation, provide training, and maintain process controls in production.

·       Evaluate, select, and order the most appropriate and cost-effective equipment and spare parts for manufacturing operations.

·       Oversee the installation, modification, upgrading, and maintenance of manufacturing equipment.

·       Maintain current records of equipment manufacturers’ technical notices, upgrades, and safety issues.

·       Study equipment performance and reliability.

·       Establish programs and solutions to increase equipment uptime and resolve equipment-related problems that affect manufacturing processes.

·       Provide technical support to manufacturing equipment repair and process engineering teams.

·       Define and prepare preventive maintenance schedules.

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in product engineering, equipment engineering, manufacturing engineering, or a related role.
• Experience supporting manufacturing equipment, tooling, production processes, and technical problem resolution.
• Knowledge of equipment preventive maintenance, calibration, troubleshooting, and reliability improvement.
• Experience preparing equipment documentation, maintenance procedures, calibration records, and technical reports.
• Ability to develop and manage preventive maintenance schedules.
• Experience coordinating equipment installation, modification, upgrading, and maintenance activities.
• Knowledge of equipment spare-parts management, supplier evaluation, and cost-effective purchasing.
• Understanding of process control, equipment uptime, OEE, and continuous improvement principles.
•  Ability to conduct root-cause analysis and implement short-term and long-term corrective actions.
• Experience providing technical support and training to production, equipment repair, and process engineering teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, planning, and project-management skills.
• Good communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Willingness to support occasional overseas meetings, training, or equipment-related activities.
