Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities, from candidate sourcing to onboarding.
- Source qualified candidates using various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and career fairs.
- Review resumes and conduct initial candidate screenings.
- Communicate with candidates regarding interview schedules, recruitment updates, and required documents.
- Maintain accurate candidate information within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Track recruitment progress and prepare regular hiring reports.
- Support offer preparation, background checks, and pre-employment processes.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to support hiring needs.
- Ensure recruitment activities are completed within established timelines.
- Perform other recruitment-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in recruitment or human resources.
- Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to communicate effectively in spoken and written English.
- Experience supporting high-volume recruitment is a plus.
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Workday, or other Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) platforms is preferred.
