Responsibilities
1.To deal with the client, which provided by foreigner agent, who needs to ship their cargo by offering them the inbound and outbound services quotation.
2.To contact with the foreigner agent for communicating about the shipment, deadline, price, etc.
3.To deal with the airline and liner agent for booking the freight for export shipment.
4.To prepare the export/import document to the shipping department such as Invoice & Packing List, SI and other related documents.
5.To handle export shipment from Thailand to other countries to reach the deadline as per the agent required .In case the client needs to get the cargo back, also do the re-import shipment as well.
6.To deal with suppliers about the heavy equipment, transportation and others as per client’s requested.
7.To handle on-site working at the exhibition’s site such as BITEC, Impact and QSNCC.
Qualifications
- Male only age 21-30 years
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics Management, Marketing or related fields
- Communicates well in English
- Have your own car and driver's license
- Have 0-3 years of experience in import & export (special consideration)
