Control and Instrument Engineer - บีไอจี (บางกอกอินดัสเทรียลแก๊ส)

• Support reliability improvement initiatives of field instruments, analyzers, control valves, and automation systems through maintenance data analysis, field findings, and execution feedback.

• PM compliance analytics, overdue WO analysis, maintenance backlog review, repeat failure tracking, PM/CM ratio reporting, and improvement action tracking.

• Identify bad actor equipment from PM findings, CM history, downtime records, and operator feedback, and coordinate corrective action implementation with relevant stakeholders.

• Support cross-plant collaboration, knowledge sharing, and best-practice exchange activities.

• Monitor and control maintenance expenses within budget while ensuring safe and reliable plant operations.

• Build and develop the knowledge, skills, and capabilities of the team

• Monitor maintenance effectiveness, PM compliance, equipment reliability trends, and maintenance KPIs through SAP PM and maintenance analytics.

• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with company HSE requirements, permit-to-work systems, risk assessments, and maintenance standards.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Instrumentation Engineering, Control Engineering, and Mechatronics Engineering or related

• Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Control and Instrument maintenance, maintenance engineering, reliability engineering in industrial plants.
• Strong knowledge of process control, troubleshooting, P&ID interpretation, equipment inspection, and SAP PM/CMMS.
• Hands-on experience with Siemens PCS7, Step 7, WinCC, Rockwell Automation, Bailey System, and SQL.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with practical experience in Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
• Good planning, organizational, and maintenance management skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Leadership skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage resources efficiently.
• Strong commitment to Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards and compliance requirements.
