Lead Research & Database Development

• ค้นหาและรวบรวมข้อมูลลูกค้าเป้าหมายจากแหล่งข้อมูลต่าง ๆ
• จัดเก็บข้อมูลสำคัญ เช่น ชื่อบริษัท ชื่อผู้ติดต่อ ตำแหน่ง เบอร์โทรศัพท์ อีเมล ที่อยู่ และข้อมูลธุรกิจ
• ตรวจสอบและปรับปรุงข้อมูลให้มีความถูกต้องและเป็นปัจจุบัน

Outbound Calling & Lead Qualification

• ติดต่อบริษัทเป้าหมายทางโทรศัพท์ตามรายชื่อที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
• สอบถามข้อมูลเบื้องต้นตาม Script ที่กำหนด
• คัดกรองและประเมินความต้องการของลูกค้า (Lead Qualification)
• นัดหมายหรือส่งต่อโอกาสทางธุรกิจให้ทีมขายและทีมพัฒนาธุรกิจ

Customer Information Support

• ให้ข้อมูลเบื้องต้นเกี่ยวกับบริษัท ผลิตภัณฑ์ และบริการ
• ตอบคำถามทั่วไปของลูกค้าในขอบเขตที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
• ประสานงานกับทีมงานภายในกรณีที่ลูกค้าต้องการข้อมูลเพิ่มเติม

Data Recording & Reporting

• บันทึกผลการติดต่อและข้อมูลที่ได้รับลงในฐานข้อมูล Excel หรือระบบ CRM
• จัดทำรายงานสรุปการโทรและสถานะลูกค้าเป้าหมาย
• จัดเตรียมรายชื่อลูกค้าและข้อมูลประกอบกิจกรรมทางการตลาด

• วุฒิปริญญาตรี หรือกำลังศึกษาอยู่ในสาขาการตลาด บริหารธุรกิจ การสื่อสาร หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• มีทักษะการสื่อสารและการพูดคุยทางโทรศัพท์ที่ดี
• สามารถใช้ Microsoft Excel, Outlook และโปรแกรมพื้นฐานได้
• มีความละเอียดรอบคอบในการบันทึกและจัดการข้อมูล
• หากมีประสบการณ์ด้าน Telemarketing, Call Center, Customer Service หรือ Lead Generation จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
• สามารถทำงานภายใต้เป้าหมายและติดตามงานได้อย่างต่อเนื่อง
• KPI ที่สามารถกำหนดได้
• จำนวน Leads ที่ค้นหาได้ต่อวัน
• จำนวนสายโทรออก (Outbound Calls) ต่อวัน
