Job Title: HR Manager

Location: Ayutthaya (Nakorn Luang)

Workday: Mon-Fri

Responsibilities:

• Strategic Talent Acquisition: Led the full-cycle recruitment and selection process, continuously improving methods to attract and secure high-caliber talent.
• Workforce Planning & Control: Managed strategic manpower planning and headcount control to ensure the organizational structure aligned with business objectives.
• Employee Development (HRD): Directed all Human Resource Development (HRD) activities and training programs to enhance employee capabilities and foster a learning culture.
• Performance & Talent Management: Oversaw the end-to-end performance management system, including annual appraisals, probation reviews, promotions, and internal employee transfers.
• Compensation & Benefits Advisory: Acted as a strategic advisor on salary structures and C&B initiatives, providing expert consultation to the payroll team and senior management on reward projects.
• Quality Systems & Compliance: Developed and monitored HR Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Work Instructions (WIs), and risk assessments to ensure operational excellence and compliance.
• HR Project Management: Spearheaded special HR projects from implementation through to monitoring and completion, focusing on problem-solving and continuous process improvement.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Extensive Experience of Human Resources, with a proven track record in strategic support across Training, OD, and Recruitment.
• Strong, practical knowledge of Thai labor laws and HR compliance requirements.
• Exceptional organizational, cross-functional communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Available to daily onsite work in Ayutthaya
