Responsibilities
• Collect, maintain, and manage production cost data and related statistical records.
• Analyze production efficiency data and follow up on improvement activities to enhance operational performance.
• Coordinate and conduct monthly inventory stock counts for the production department.
• Monitor and analyze manufacturing costs to support cost reduction and process improvement initiatives.
• Prepare, control, and monitor production department budgets and related financial data.
• Manage production department assets and maintain asset registration records.
• Control raw material issuance according to production orders and maintain related accounting records.
• Collect, maintain, and analyze production performance data and KPI results.
• Track departmental performance indicators and prepare performance analysis reports.
• Support performance evaluation processes through data calculation, verification, and reporting activities.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisor.
Qualifications
• Diploma or higher in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
• Experience in automotive manufacturing or related industrial manufacturing environments is preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in cost analysis, cost control, accounting statistics, or related functions.
• Strong analytical, systematic, and detail-oriented thinking skills with the ability to work efficiently and learn quickly.
• Able to work effectively under pressure with a high level of responsibility and accountability.
