Responsibilities
- Lead and manage IT Infrastructure operations within the plant environment.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute IT projects while ensuring effective communication with stakeholders.
- Manage IT budgets, forecasts, and capital spending plans to support business and system requirements.
- Maintain IT systems, assets, policies, and procedures in compliance with Continental global standards.
- Monitor IT service performance, KPI reporting, and support ITIL processes including Incident, Change, Problem, and Demand Management.
- Analyze and resolve IT infrastructure and business system issues to ensure stable operations.
- Support network, server, security, data center, and end-user technologies in a manufacturing environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT Infrastructure or related industry.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies, Windows security, Data Center, Network, Cisco, and ITIL/ITSM processes.
- Experience in IT infrastructure projects and project management.
- Minimum 3 years of leadership experience.
- Experience working in multinational manufacturing companies.
- Good command of English.
