Responsibilities

1. Provide accurate interpretation support during daily operations, meetings, and communications between Chinese management and local employees. 
2. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across departments, ensuring smooth coordination and mutual understanding among stakeholders. 
3. Attend meetings, prepare meeting minutes, summarize key discussion points, and support follow-up actions to ensure efficient operational execution. 
4. Assist with the translation of business documents, reports, emails, and other materials as required.
5. Promote effective communication across multicultural teams while maintaining professionalism, confidentiality, and accuracy.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in Chinese Language, Logistics, Business, or a related field.
2. At least 0–2 years of experience in Chinese interpretation, preferably within warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, or operational environments.
3. Chinese language proficiency at HSK Level 5 or above. (Good command of English will be an advantage.)
4. Strong interpersonal, communication, and coordination skills with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams and cultures.
5. Detail-oriented, well-organized, and capable of handling multiple tasks in a dynamic working environment.
6. Able to perform under pressure and deliver accurate real-time interpretation when required.
7. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
