Responsibilities
• Collaborate in setting business objectives, marketing strategies, and managing the P&L of the assigned product portfolio.
• Develop and execute integrated marketing communication plans to effectively support all assigned marketing activities.
• Manage the product portfolio, drive new product development, and plan effective go-to-market strategies for new product launches.
• Oversee and control marketing plans and new product launch activities to ensure successful execution.
• Manage and optimize marketing budgets to maximize return on investment.
• Lead and supervise team members to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Open to all genders; age not over 50 years old.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in Brand Management, Product Management, and Marketing.
• Strong knowledge of Marketing Strategy, Brand Management, and Digital Marketing.
• Solid understanding of Marketing Communications, Advertising, and Integrated Marketing Campaign Planning.
• Experience in Product Development and New Product Launches.
• Strong analytical, business strategy, budgeting, and P&L management skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Proven leadership abilities with experience in team management.
• Creative mindset, strong sense of ownership, and ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Good command of English will be an advantage.
