Responsibilities
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment to ensure smooth operation and minimize downtime.
• Install, test, troubleshoot, and optimize production equipment.
• Analyze equipment failures and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Develop and execute preventive maintenance plans to improve equipment reliability.
• Support equipment improvement, automation, and continuous improvement projects.
• Coordinate with Production and related departments to resolve equipment issues and support production targets.
• Prepare and maintain maintenance records and technical documentation.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and IATF 16949 requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in equipment maintenance or engineering. Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and IATF 16949 is an advantage.
• Proficient in Chinese (listening, speaking, reading, and writing) for daily work.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
