Responsibilities
• Lead and oversee the Production Planning, Warehouse, and Logistics teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Develop and manage production planning to meet customer demand and business objectives.
• Plan and optimize inventory levels and warehouse operations to improve efficiency and control costs.
• Manage all incoming and outgoing materials to ensure accurate inventory and on-time delivery.
• Monitor supply chain performance, analyze operational data, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage departmental budgets, KPIs, and operational performance.
• Lead, coach, and evaluate team members while coordinating cross-functional activities.
• Coordinate internal resources to support business growth and achieve company objectives.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management, including Production Planning, Warehouse, and Logistics.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain operations, inventory management, and production planning.
• Experience with SAP, ERP, or other supply chain management systems.
• Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Chinese (listening, speaking, reading, and writing) for daily business communication.
