Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) management system and annual EHS plan
- Prepare and manage the EHS budget and monthly action plans
- Ensure compliance with Thai occupational health, safety, and environmental laws and regulations
- Oversee EHS activities for both plant operations and construction projects
- Conduct safety inspections and audits, and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Develop and maintain emergency response plans for incidents such as fires, chemical spills, and other emergencies
- Investigate workplace accidents and incidents, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions
- Deliver EHS training and promote safety awareness among employees and contractors
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 10 years of experience in EHS or safety management within the chemical or manufacturing industry
- Strong knowledge of Thai occupational health, safety, and environmental regulations, including EIA requirements
- Valid driver's license
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and EHS management software
- Good understanding of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 management systems
