Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee large-scale group catering operations to ensure efficient service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Manage multiple catering projects simultaneously while maintaining operational efficiency, quality standards, and budget control.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity, service quality, and profitability.
- Coordinate closely with internal departments and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor project performance, identify operational risks, and implement effective solutions.
- Lead, coach, and develop management teams to achieve operational excellence.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and business partners.
- Prepare operational reports, analyze performance metrics, and recommend continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Food Service Management, or a related field.
- Fluent in Thai and Chinese (Mandarin) with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven experience with a large-scale Group Catering company in a senior leadership position.
- Demonstrated experience managing at least five (5) large-scale group catering projects simultaneously.
- Professional training and development gained from a reputable large-scale group catering organization.
- Strong leadership, operational management, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Strategic mindset with strong decision-making and organizational abilities.
