Responsibilities
- Manage the overall project execution from project initiation through final acceptance, ensuring project schedule, cost, quality, and key milestones are achieved
- Develop detailed project plans and coordinate key milestones covering R&D design, material procurement, assembly, installation, commissioning, FAT, and final project acceptance
- Lead on-site project delivery, including equipment installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and acceptance activities
- Identify and resolve technical, operational, and coordination issues at project sites, making timely decisions to ensure smooth project execution
- Coordinate internal and external resources according to project requirements and establish project teams with clear roles and responsibilities
- Monitor project progress, identify potential delays and risks, and implement corrective actions to keep projects on schedule
- Coordinate closely with engineering, production, procurement, suppliers, customers, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
- Regularly report project status, key issues, risks, and important decisions to the project team and management
- Monitor and manage subcontractors and suppliers to ensure project progress, quality, and deliverables meet agreed requirements
- Ensure project activities comply with quality standards, technical requirements, safety requirements, and agreed project timelines
- Support continuous improvement of project execution processes and contribute to effective risk and quality control
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Science, Project Management, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in site management, project management, or engineering project execution
- Experience in industrial automation, machinery, equipment installation, system integration, or manufacturing projects is highly preferred
- Strong understanding of project management processes, including project planning, scheduling, cost, quality, risk management, and project acceptance
- Experience in installation and commissioning of industrial equipment or automation systems
- Experience coordinating and managing suppliers, subcontractors, and cross-functional project teams
- Experience with FAT, commissioning, SAT/site acceptance, or similar project delivery processes is highly preferred
- PMP certification is preferred
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong ability to work under pressure and handle multiple project priorities simultaneously
- High sense of responsibility, proactive working attitude, and strong teamwork skills
- Willingness to work on-site and travel when required for project execution
- Able to speak in Mandarin as need to liaise with China Customer in Thailand and Internal Kuka China Team.
