Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations, inspection, preventive maintenance, and repair of production machinery and equipment to ensure stable and reliable operation
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance (PM) plans to reduce equipment breakdowns and improve equipment reliability
- Coordinate equipment installation, commissioning, trial runs, and acceptance, and maintain relevant technical documentation
- Analyze equipment failures, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions to continuously improve equipment efficiency
- Manage equipment spare parts and control maintenance and repair costs
- Participate in equipment improvement, technical upgrades, and automation modification projects to improve production efficiency and equipment performance
- Coordinate with the Production Department to resolve equipment-related issues and ensure smooth production operations
- Prepare and continuously improve equipment operating procedures, maintenance standards, and related technical documents
- Strictly comply with equipment safety operating procedures and maintenance safety requirements to ensure safe equipment operation
- Ensure equipment management activities comply with IATF 16949 quality management system requirements
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields
- Good communication and coordination skills
- High sense of responsibility, good interpersonal skills, and ability to work effectively in a team
- Good Chinese listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills, with the ability to use Chinese as a working language
- At least 1 year of experience in machinery and equipment management or related work
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
