Purchasing Specialist - Automotive (Chinese Native Speaker) - บริษัท จัดหางาน เจมิไน เพอร์ซันเนล จำกัด

·       Source and develop qualified suppliers for automotive raw materials, components, and production parts, with a focus on suppliers in China and other Asian countries

·       Manage direct material purchasing activities, including supplier sourcing, quotation comparison, purchase orders, delivery follow-up, and purchasing documentation

·       Negotiate pricing, payment terms, lead time, MOQ, and delivery conditions to achieve competitive commercial terms while maintaining quality and supply requirements

·       Monitor supplier production schedules, delivery performance, and material availability, and coordinate with suppliers to resolve shortages, delays, and quality issues

·       Conduct cost analysis, supplier evaluation, and supplier performance monitoring based on quality, cost, delivery, and responsiveness

·       Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships while supporting new supplier development, localization, and cost reduction activities

·       Coordinate with Production, Quality, Engineering, Warehouse, Supply Chain, and Finance to support purchasing, new projects, and production expansion

·       Follow up on supplier corrective actions, new parts, samples, tooling, production readiness, and other supplier-related activities

·       Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Purchasing, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field

·       Minimum 3–5 years of experience in purchasing or procurement, preferably in automotive or automotive parts manufacturing

·       Experience in direct material purchasing and supplier management, particularly with suppliers in China and/or other Asian countries

·       Experience with automotive components, metal parts, steel, machining, forging, casting, or related materials is an advantage

·       Strong skills in supplier sourcing, quotation comparison, cost analysis, negotiation, and supplier evaluation

·       Experience in new supplier development, localization, and new project purchasing activities

·       Good command of Chinese and Thai, or Chinese and English, with the ability to communicate and negotiate with overseas suppliers

·       Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; ERP/purchasing system experience is preferred
