Responsibilities

  1. Set up and operate CNC machines and tooling according to technical drawings and assigned production requirements.
  2. Inspect and verify the accuracy and quality of machined parts to ensure they meet specifications.
  3. Clean and prepare finished parts before delivery or handover.
  4. Record and maintain accurate machine operation and production data.
  5. Perform other CNC machine-related tasks as assigned.
  6. Be responsible for commuting to and from the workplace independently.

Qualifications

  1. Vocational Certificate or Higher Vocational Certificate in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Technology, CNC, Machining, or a related field.
  2. Able to read and understand G-Code and M-Code.
  3. Good knowledge and practical skills in CNC machine operation and machining processes.
  4. Experience with 3-axis or 5-axis CNC machines will be an advantage.
  5. Able to work shifts and perform overtime when required.
  6. Able to commute to the workplace independently.
  7. Candidates who are available to start immediately will be given special consideration.

In this CNC Technician role, you will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC machines and tooling according to technical drawings and assigned production requirements. You will inspect and verify the accuracy and quality of machined parts to ensure they meet specifications, and also clean and prepare finished parts before delivery or handover. A key part of your work will involve recording and maintaining accurate machine operation and production data, alongside performing other CNC machine-related tasks as assigned. Candidates should possess a good understanding of G-Code and M-Code, as well as practical skills in CNC machine operation and machining processes. Experience with 3-axis or 5-axis CNC machines will be an advantage, and the ability to work shifts and overtime is required. Immediate starters will receive special consideration.
