Responsibilities

Manage HRD & HRM functions, including Training & Development, Employee Engagement, Performance Management, Recruitment Support, and Employee Relations.
Develop and implement training programs, IDP, Career Development, and Succession Planning.
Conduct orientation and onboarding programs for new employees.
Support manpower planning, performance appraisal, and talent development initiatives.
Assist in HR policies, compensation & benefits administration, and employee retention programs.
Prepare HR reports and ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or higher Human resource development, business administration, social sciences, psychology or other fields related.
Minimum 10 years of experience in human resource management and development.
Strong knowledge of human resource development and event management tools.
Be creative Have a can-do attitude have human relations Have a love for service and work as a team
Have interpersonal skills, communication, presentation and relationship building.
Have a good personality, reliable, agile, and enthusiastic about work, quick response, open your mind to learn and develop yourself all the time.
