Responsibilities
- รับแจ้งงานซ่อมจากลูกค้า ตรวจสอบและวิเคราะห์ปัญหาเครื่องมือแพทย์เบื้องต้น เพื่อแจ้งสาเหตุให้ลูกค้าทราบ
- ดำเนินการซ่อมบำรุง และบันทึกประวัติการซ่อมเครื่องมือแพทย์อย่างครบถ้วน
- ให้คำแนะนำเกี่ยวกับการใช้งานและการบำรุงรักษาเครื่องมือแพทย์ที่ถูกต้องและปลอดภัยแก่ลูกค้า
- จัดทำสัญญาเช่าเครื่องมือแพทย์ให้กับลูกค้า
- ปฏิบัติงานประจำโชว์รูมตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย เพื่อให้คำแนะนำการใช้งานและการดูแลรักษาเครื่องมือแพทย์แก่ลูกค้า
- บริหารจัดการต้นทุนการซ่อม โดยคัดเลือกอะไหล่ที่มีคุณภาพเหมาะสม
- ประสานงานกับฝ่ายขนส่งทั้งภายในและภายนอก เพื่อจัดส่งเครื่องมือแพทย์ให้กับลูกค้า
- ดูแลและรักษาสถานที่ทำงานให้สะอาดและเป็นระเบียบเรียบร้อย
- ปฏิบัติงานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
- เพศชาย อายุ 20 - 26 ปี
- สำเร็จการศึกษาระดับประกาศนียบัตรวิชาชีพ (ปวช.) หรือประกาศนียบัตรวิชาชีพชั้นสูง (ปวส.) ในสาขาช่างเทคนิค, ช่างไฟฟ้า, อิเล็กทรอนิกส์ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีทักษะการสื่อสารและการเจรจาต่อรองที่ดี
- มีทัศนคติเชิงบวก, รักงานบริการ และพร้อมเรียนรู้เครื่องมือทางการแพทย์ของบริษัทฯ
- สามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันและยอมรับการเปลี่ยนแปลงได้ดี
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านงานซ่อมเครื่องมือแพทย์จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- หากมีใบขับขี่รถยนต์จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- ยินดีรับนักศึกษาจบใหม่
