Responsibilities
- วิจัย ศึกษา และประเมินผลิตภัณฑ์และเครื่องมือแพทย์ใหม่ เพื่อให้สอดคล้องกับความต้องการของตลาดและลูกค้า
- วิเคราะห์คุณสมบัติของผลิตภัณฑ์ (Product Specification), ข้อมูลทางเทคนิค (Technical Data) และประสิทธิภาพของผลิตภัณฑ์ (Product Performance)
- ดำเนินการทดสอบและประเมินผลิตภัณฑ์ก่อนการนำเข้าและจัดจำหน่าย
- จัดทำ ตรวจสอบ และรวบรวมเอกสารทางเทคนิค (Technical Documentation) และข้อมูลผลิตภัณฑ์ (Product Information)
- สนับสนุนข้อมูลด้านเทคนิคแก่หน่วยงาน Regulatory Affairs (RA), Quality Assurance (QA), Sales และ Marketing
- ประสานงานกับผู้ผลิต (Manufacturer) และผู้จำหน่าย (Supplier) เพื่อขอข้อมูลทางเทคนิค ตัวอย่างผลิตภัณฑ์ การทดสอบ และแก้ไขปัญหาผลิตภัณฑ์
- วิเคราะห์ปัญหาและข้อบกพร่องของผลิตภัณฑ์ พร้อมทั้งนำเสนอแนวทางแก้ไขและปรับปรุง
- ศึกษาเทคโนโลยี นวัตกรรม และผลิตภัณฑ์ทางการแพทย์ใหม่ เพื่อสนับสนุนการพัฒนาธุรกิจ
- สนับสนุนการจัดฝึกอบรมผลิตภัณฑ์ (Product Training) และให้การสนับสนุนทางเทคนิค (Technical Support) แก่ทีมงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- จัดทำรายงานและฐานข้อมูลผลิตภัณฑ์ รวมถึงจัดเก็บเอกสารเพื่อให้สามารถตรวจสอบย้อนหลังได้
- ปฏิบัติงานให้สอดคล้องกับระบบคุณภาพ มาตรฐาน และข้อกำหนดที่เกี่ยวข้องกับเครื่องมือแพทย์
- ปฏิบัติงานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้บังคับบัญชา
Qualifications
- อายุ 22–30 ปี
- ปริญญาตรีหรือสูงกว่าในสาขาวิศวกรรมชีวการแพทย์, วิศวกรรมการแพทย์, วิศวกรรมศาสตร์, เทคนิคการแพทย์, วิทยาศาสตร์, วิทยาศาสตร์ชีวภาพ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ยินดีรับนักศึกษาจบใหม่
- ความสนใจในอุปกรณ์ทางการแพทย์ (Medical Device), เทคโนโลยีด้านสุขภาพ (Healthcare Technology) หรือการพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์
- ทักษะการคิดวิเคราะห์และการแก้ปัญหา (Analytical Thinking and Problem Solving)
- ความสามารถในการทำความเข้าใจเอกสารทางเทคนิค (Technical Specification) และคู่มือผลิตภัณฑ์ (Product Manual)
- ความสามารถในการใช้งานโปรแกรม Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) ได้ดี
- ความสามารถในการอ่านและสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษ
- มีความละเอียดรอบคอบในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลและทำงานกับเอกสารทางเทคนิค
- ทักษะการสื่อสารและสามารถทำงานร่วมกับหน่วยงานต่าง ๆ ได้ดี
- หากมีประสบการณ์ด้าน R&D, Medical Device, Product Development, QA, RA หรือ Technical Support จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
