Responsibilities
- Responsible for directing and managing all plant operations with overall responsibility for production, plant maintenance, E&M, quality, materials, warehousing, and all other production related activities within the plant. See all Benefits
- Execute the company's manufacturing strategy, prioritize work as needed, and interact with all parts of the organization to maintain and improve operational performance.
- Analyze and lead solutions to manufacturing programs and core issues, participate in space, people and equipment planning and recommendations.
- Manage and control production scheduling, lead time, and throughput in the plant.
- Develop and maintain an effective workforce by assisting in the development of recruitment, training, and professional development programs for temporary and general employees.
- Establish and monitor the overall performance of the plant to achieve production and quality standards.
- Ensure that all legal requirements, company security procedures and local and security regulations are met.
Qualifications
- Male
- Age 35-45 years
- Fluent communication in English and Thai (language).
- 10 years of working experience (management experience is a plus)
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Management
- Experienced in 5S factory management.
- Self-motivated with strong leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple cross-functional teams and projects
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with all other functions throughout the organization are required.
- Ability to motivate and lead technical teams.
