Responsibilities
- Recruit personnel according to the company's approved manpower requisition requests.
- Manage employee time attendance records.
- Oversee all training activities, including new employee orientation and onboarding programs.
- Process payroll through the company's payroll system.
- Handle BOI visa and work permit applications and renewals.
- Coordinate with government authorities and submit required applications, reports, and documentation.
- Translate general HR-related documents and materials.
- Provide interpretation support during meetings, including weekly and monthly departmental reporting meetings, when required.
- Prepare and submit weekly HR reports.
- Perform other HR-related duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or Higher
- two years' HR work experience
- Age Not over 35-year-old.
- Must have knowledge of labor laws and the HR skills
- Must Have a Good communication in English.
- Have a Good Attitude in working and would like to learning the new experience.
