Brand Strategy & Management

• Develop and execute the overall brand strategy aligned with the company's business objectives.
• Define and maintain brand positioning, identity, messaging, and value proposition.
• Ensure consistent brand execution across all channels and customer touchpoints.
• Lead brand architecture and portfolio management across multiple products and business units.
• Develop annual marketing plans, budgets, and integrated marketing campaigns.
• Optimize campaign performance through data-driven decision-making and ROI analysis.

Consumer & Market Insights

• Conduct market research, customer segmentation, and competitive analysis.
• Translate consumer insights into actionable marketing strategies.
• Identify emerging market trends and new business opportunities.
• Monitor brand health, awareness, customer engagement, and market performance.

Corporate Branding & Communications

• Lead corporate branding and reputation management initiatives.
• Oversee public relations, media communications, corporate events, and executive communications.
• Manage creative direction for marketing materials, advertising, and brand assets.

Leadership & Stakeholder Management

• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing Brand Marketing team.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, International Business Development, Product Development, E-commerce, Operations, and Executive Leadership.

Budget & Performance Management

• Develop and manage the annual marketing budget.
• Track KPIs, marketing ROI, and brand performance metrics.
• Present marketing performance, strategic recommendations, and growth opportunities to executive leadership.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• MBA or Master's degree is an advantage.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in Brand Marketing, Marketing Communications, or Integrated Marketing, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Experience in OEM, healthcare, wellness, nutraceuticals, beauty, FMCG, pharmaceutical, or consumer products is highly preferred.
• Proven track record of building successful brands and leading large-scale marketing campaigns.
• Strong understanding of consumer behavior, branding, digital marketing, and omnichannel marketing strategies.
• Experience managing marketing budgets and partnerships.
• Excellent leadership, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience using marketing analytics and business intelligence tools.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Thai.
