Responsibilities
- Provide customer service and consultation regarding international air freight shipments.
- Coordinate with internal and external parties to facilitate international air freight operations.
- Oversee operations, prepare documentation, and resolve any issues related to air transportation.
- Perform duties smoothly and efficiently in accordance with the company's service standards.
- Coordinate internally and externally at a policy level to improve and develop the Customer Service department's workflow, ensuring more efficient handovers to other departments.
- Take responsibility for, support, and promote the implementation of document and data control systems.
- Record quality and service-related issues that occur within operational processes and quality systems, and handle customer complaints.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisors.
Qualifications
- Male/Female
- Age not less than 22 years
- Educational qualification: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Logistics, International Business Administration, General Management, Marketing, or related business administration.
- Knowledge and understanding of logistics management for chemicals will be given special consideration.
- Those with experience working in logistics will be given special consideration.
