Responsibilities
- Be the part of the team to build "a digital infrastructure that help ten of thousands of small and medium businesses in Thailand do business easier, more efficient, and more effective in growing their businesses."
- Develop mobile application to help our users get easier access to tools to do their businesses.
- Together with the team, design mobile application architecture and optimization of the architecture planning and implementation.
- Together with the team, brainstorm new ideas, improve with the team and UX/UI Design team to reiterate design to launch quickly and respond to customers' feedbacks and requirements.
- Keep the quality of your code and your teammates' code to be readable, understandable for all team member, and always at high standard. Remember that your first user of your code is your peers or you yourself in the future, code it in a way that you will understand it 6 months later.
- Be proactively involved in defining the strategy for our product, thinking in terms of user experience or technical requirement at present and future.
- Be proactively involved in developing optimal working environment for the team, contribute ideas and work processes that help us work together more efficiently and effectively.
Qualifications
- 5-8 Years working experiences in Backend or Full stack
- Expertise in .NET Web APIs,C#,.NET Core, RESTful API
- Passionate on coding, problem-solving lover.
- Be able to coach and groom developers team
- Great communicator both tech and non-tech languages
- Like learning about real "business processes, accounting, tax, and finance for SMEs in Thailand."
- Experienced working in fast pace and highly dynamic tech startup environment or e-commerce/ERP is a plus.
- One of the early, if not the first, member in our mobile application business department and highly contribute in shaping the direction and working environment for this new team
