Responsibilities
หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ
- วางแผนและดำเนินงานบำรุงรักษาเชิงป้องกัน (Preventive Maintenance: PM) รวมถึงตรวจสอบ วิเคราะห์ และแก้ไขปัญหาเครื่องจักรที่ขัดข้อง เพื่อให้เครื่องจักรสามารถทำงานได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพและต่อเนื่อง
- วิเคราะห์สาเหตุของปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นซ้ำ และดำเนินการวิเคราะห์หาสาเหตุที่แท้จริง (Root Cause Analysis: RCA) พร้อมกำหนดแนวทางแก้ไขและปรับปรุงกระบวนการทำงานอย่างต่อเนื่องด้วยแนวคิด Kaizen
- ตรวจสอบ วิเคราะห์ และแก้ไขปัญหาระบบควบคุมและอุปกรณ์ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับเครื่องจักร เช่น PLC, HMI, Sensor, Encoder, Interlock และ VFD/Inverter
- ดูแล บำรุงรักษา และซ่อมแซมระบบไฟฟ้า มอเตอร์ ระบบลม (Pneumatic) และระบบไฮดรอลิก (Hydraulic)
- ดูแลและแก้ไขปัญหาเครื่องจักรในกระบวนการผลิต เช่น เครื่อง Mixing/Agitator, Silicone Process, Vacuum, Heat Sealing, Packaging และ Industrial Inkjet
- จัดทำและปรับปรุงแผนการบำรุงรักษา Checklist และประวัติเครื่องจักร รวมถึงติดตามและวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล MTBF, MTTR, รายงานการหยุดเครื่อง และรายการอะไหล่ เพื่อสนับสนุนการวางแผนงานซ่อมบำรุง
- จัดทำและติดตามตัวชี้วัดประสิทธิภาพงานซ่อมบำรุง (Maintenance KPIs) พร้อมนำข้อมูลมาวิเคราะห์เพื่อหาแนวทางเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการทำงาน
- สนับสนุนการพัฒนาและปรับปรุงระบบบริหารจัดการงานซ่อมบำรุง (Maintenance Management System) ให้มีประสิทธิภาพและเหมาะสมกับกระบวนการผลิตของบริษัท
Qualifications
- สำเร็จการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาวิศวกรรมเครื่องกล วิศวกรรมไฟฟ้า วิศวกรรมเมคคาทรอนิกส์ วิศวกรรมอุตสาหการ หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านงานวิศวกรรมซ่อมบำรุง (Maintenance Engineering) ในโรงงานอุตสาหกรรมหรือภาคการผลิตอย่างน้อย 2–5 ปี
- มีความรู้และความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับระบบ PLC, Electrical Control, Pneumatic, Mechanical และ VFD/Inverter
- หากมีความรู้หรือประสบการณ์เกี่ยวกับระบบ Hydraulic, Mixing, กระบวนการผลิต Silicone/Chemical, Heat Sealing, Packaging และ Inkjet จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านการบำรุงรักษาเชิงป้องกัน (PM) การวิเคราะห์ปัญหาเครื่องจักรขัดข้อง การวิเคราะห์หาสาเหตุที่แท้จริง (RCA) และการปรับปรุงกระบวนการอย่างต่อเนื่อง
- หากมีประสบการณ์ดูแลหรือซ่อมบำรุงเครื่องจักรที่เกี่ยวข้องกับ Silicone, Chemical, Mixing หรือ Packaging จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- สามารถปฏิบัติงานในวันเสาร์ เว้นเสาร์ (Alternate Saturday) ได้
