Responsibilities
1. วิเคราะห์และปรับปรุงประสิทธิภาพการผลิต
- วิเคราะห์และปรับปรุง OEE, Output, Cycle Time, Yield, Scrap, Productivity และ Capacity ให้บรรลุเป้าหมาย
- ดำเนินการ Time Study, Line Balancing, Takt Time และ Bottleneck Analysis เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการใช้คนและเครื่องจักร
- นำแนวคิด Lean, Kaizen, VSM, SMED และ Standard Work มาปรับปรุงกระบวนการและลดความสูญเปล่า
- ทำงานร่วมกับฝ่าย Production, Quality และ Maintenance เพื่อวิเคราะห์ปัญหา วางแนวทางแก้ไข ทดลอง และติดตามผลจนสามารถนำไปใช้งานได้จริง
2. วางผังไลน์ผลิตและวางแผนกำลังการผลิต
- ออกแบบและปรับปรุง Layout โดยคำนึงถึงกำลังการผลิต การไหลของวัตถุดิบ WIP ความปลอดภัย และการขยายกำลังการผลิตในอนาคต
- วิเคราะห์ความต้องการด้านเครื่องจักรและกำลังคน พร้อมวางแผนการเปลี่ยนแปลงโดยลดผลกระทบต่อการผลิต
- จัดทำและควบคุมเอกสาร Layout, Process Flow และ Engineering Drawing ให้เป็นปัจจุบัน
3. โครงการเครื่องจักรใหม่และการตรวจรับ
- จัดทำ URS, Technical Specification, Scope of Work และเกณฑ์การตรวจรับให้สอดคล้องกับความต้องการด้านการผลิต คุณภาพ และความปลอดภัย
- ประเมิน Supplier, Layout, Utility, CAPEX, ROI และความเสี่ยง เพื่อสนับสนุนการตัดสินใจลงทุน
- วางแผนและประสานงานด้านสถานที่ Utility และความพร้อมก่อนติดตั้งเครื่องจักร
- ควบคุมและติดตามการทดสอบ ติดตั้ง Commissioning และ Trial Run รวมถึงตรวจสอบประสิทธิภาพเครื่องจักรก่อนส่งมอบ
- ตรวจสอบเอกสาร Manual, Drawing, Program Backup, PM Plan, Spare Parts และ Warranty พร้อมจัดอบรมให้ทีม Production และ Maintenance
4. บริหารโครงการและติดตามผล
- จัดทำแผนงาน Timeline Budget Risk และ Progress Report พร้อมควบคุมโครงการให้เป็นไปตามเป้าหมายด้านคุณภาพ ความปลอดภัย เวลา และงบประมาณ
- ประสานงานและควบคุม Supplier/Contractor ให้ดำเนินงานตามขอบเขตและมาตรฐานที่กำหนด
- ติดตามผลหลังดำเนินโครงการ เพื่อประเมินผลลัพธ์เทียบกับ Baseline, KPI และ ROI ที่ตั้งไว้
Qualifications
- ปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาวิศวกรรมอุตสาหการ เครื่องกล ไฟฟ้า เมคคาทรอนิกส์ หรือสาขาวิศวกรรมที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ในโรงงานอุตสาหกรรมหรือสายการผลิต 3–5 ปี และหากเป็นระดับ Senior ต้องมีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 5 ปี
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านการเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการผลิต เช่น Productivity, Cycle Time, OEE, Capacity, Line Balancing หรือ Lean/Kaizen
- มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 1 โครงการด้าน ติดตั้ง ทดสอบ Commissioning หรือรับมอบเครื่องจักรใหม่
- สามารถอ่านและจัดทำแบบ AutoCAD / Plant Layout และใช้ Microsoft Excel สำหรับวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลและจัดทำรายงานได้ หากใช้ Power BI หรือ Minitab ได้จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- สามารถอ่านแบบเครื่องกล/ไฟฟ้า รวมถึงเอกสาร คู่มือ และ Technical Specification ภาษาอังกฤษจาก Supplier ได้
- มีทักษะด้าน Problem Solving, Root Cause Analysis และ Project Management รวมถึงสามารถประสานงานกับ Production, Maintenance, Supplier และ Contractor ได้ดี
- มีความรู้ด้าน Machine Safety, EHS และแนวทางการติดตั้ง/Commissioning เครื่องจักรอย่างปลอดภัย
- หากมีใบอนุญาตประกอบวิชาชีพวิศวกรรม (กว.) จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- สามารถปฏิบัติงานในวันเสาร์ เว้นวันเสาร์ ได้
