In this Corporate Account role, you will play a key part in foundational accounting and financial operations. You will be responsible for processing and inputting invoices into the SAP system, ensuring accuracy, and preparing various payment vouchers, including cheques, transfers, and withholding tax certificates for vendors, as well as specific payment vouchers for the Marine Department. Your duties will also include compiling expense reports to compare actual expenditures against budget allocations, preparing and reconciling the Input VAT Report for submission to the Revenue Department, and accruing and reversing monthly corporate expenses within SAP. You will contribute to enhancing the ONE brand image through internal and external communications and ensure strict adherence to the company's compliance policies, particularly regarding IT Security, alongside performing other assigned ad-hoc duties to support the organization's financial integrity.
