In this Booking Management Staff role, you will play a key part in supporting vessel space control and booking activities, which includes managing allocation, forecasting bookings, and monitoring space utilization. You will be responsible for coordinating effectively with the Sales team, overseas offices, and other relevant parties regarding booking arrangements, space requirements, and special cargo handling. Your duties will also involve maintaining accurate vessel schedules, product information, and other operational data and reports. Furthermore, you will support customer and shipment-related matters, ensuring that information and documentation are accurate and delivered in a timely manner. You will also prepare and monitor various reports and data to contribute to overall business performance and operational efficiency.
