Responsibilities
Support vessel space control and booking activities, including allocation, booking forecast, and space utilization monitoring.
Coordinate with Sales, overseas offices, and relevant parties on booking, space requirements, and special cargo arrangements.
Maintain vessel schedules, product information, and related operational data and reports.
Support customer and shipment-related matters, ensuring accurate and timely information and documentation.
Prepare and monitor reports and data to support business performance and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Age 22-25 years
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- 1-3 years experience
- Result-oriented mindset
- Computer literacy (Google tools)
- Able to work under pressure
- Good command in English
- Have interpersonal and analytical thinking skills
- Good communication skills
