Responsibilities
1. Arranging appropriate material and ensuring all are up-to-date.
2. Collaborate with all local sections to render the best service to customers.
3. To canvass more cargo and tighten up the relationship with core customers.
4. Follow up unrated bookings, outstanding payment and container long stay.
5. Coordinate with oversea offices and sales team to maximize business opportunities.
Qualifications
- ** Required own private car on duty **
- Male /Female Age 22-30 years
- New graduate are welcomed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
- Have experience in Customer Service 0-2 years or logistics/Shipping field is preferred.
- Have experience with company logistics/Shipping field is preferred.
- Good command of English.
- Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Good communication and team player skills
- Able to work under pressure.
