Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage daily production (mixing, filling, packaging) to meet output and delivery targets
2. Ensure compliance with cosmetic GMP standards (e.g., ISO 22716)
3. Lead engineering activities: equipment selection, installation, upgrades, and maintenance
4. Drive continuous improvement projects (process optimization, cost reduction, capacity expansion)
5. Coordinate with OEM clients on product launches and technical requirements
6. Oversee supply chain, inventory, and cost control
7. Ensure plant safety, quality, and regulatory compliance
8. Lead and develop cross-functional teams
Qualifications
Requirements
1. Bachelor’s in Pharmaceutical, Science, Engineering or related field
2. At least 7+ years in manufacturing (cosmetics/FMCG/pharma), including plant or operations leadership
3. Experience in engineering projects and process improvement (Lean/Six Sigma preferred)
4. Strong knowledge of GMP and manufacturing processes
