Responsibilities
Business Partnering & Stakeholder Management
• Partner closely with Production, Operations, and other departments to understand workforce needs
• Provide HR advice and solutions aligned with business goals
• Support manpower planning, workforce optimization, and organizational structure
HR Operations & Execution
• Oversee end-to-end HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee lifecycle
• Ensure HR policies and procedures are implemented effectively
• Maintain accurate and timely HR documentation and reporting
Employee Relations (ER) & Labor Compliance
• Manage employee relations issues, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations
• Build positive employee engagement and workplace culture
Support Production & Plant Operations
• Work closely with production teams to ensure manpower readiness and operational continuity
• Support shift planning, attendance issues, and workforce productivity
• Provide HR support during audits (GMP, HACCP, ISO, BRC, Sedex (SMETA), C-TPAT)
Performance & Talent Management
• Drive performance management processes and KPI alignment
• Identify talent gaps and support development plans
• Coach line managers on people management practices
• Develop, implement, and maintain a Skill Matrix system for direct labor (DL) employees in production lines
• Support multi-skill development (multi-skilling) to improve productivity and manpower utilization
Data, Reporting & Continuous Improvement
• Analyze HR data (turnover, absenteeism, productivity) and provide actionable insights
• Improve HR processes to increase efficiency and response time
• Support HR projects and transformation initiatives
• Data visualization for presentation to Management Team
Qualifications
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, preferably as HRBP in manufacturing and preferably in food industry
• Strong experience working with production/plant operations
• Strong knowledge of labor law and employee relations
• Strong coordination, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• High attention to detail, fast-paced working style, and ability to handle highly pressure
• Good command of English
