1. Make decisions regarding issues in plastic part production.

2. Analyze product issues found during inspections.

3. Make decisions on inspection and testing.

4. Inspect color matching and sample parts from suppliers.

5. Inspect NCR (Non-Conformance Reports) for plastic parts.

6. Inspect NCR parts from the service department.

7. Develop standard operating procedures within the department.

8. Define inspection and testing methods.

9. Summarize problems and inform relevant departments for resolution and prevention.

10. Provide support for verification and calibration of jigs and measuring tools within the department.

11. Compile data on detected problems for QA department meetings.

12. Summarize and compile issues from all processes and meet with relevant departments to find solutions and preventive measures.

13. Establish quality objectives and targets within the department.

14. Record and follow up on non-conforming parts.

1. Graduated with Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineer, Industrial Engineer, Instrument Engineer or any related fields.

2. At least 3 years of experience in QA/QC.

3. Have knowledge in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001.

4. Good in computer skills.

5. Proficient in English (Listening, Speaking, Reading, and Writting) will be an advantage.

6. Able to coordinate with other relevant departments.
