Responsibilities
- Produce molds to ensure that parts meet the required size and shape specifications, analyze problem and develop work processes.
- Analyze plastic injection work using SW Plastic program.
- Determine the optimal gate locations and design the cooling system for molds.
- Design and draft 2D/3D mold drawings.
- Prepare purchase orders for materials and STD parts.
- Train employees and impart knowledge on molding.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Tool&Die Engineering, Mechanical Engineer, or any related fields.
- At least 1-3 years of work experience.
- Have knowledge of molding and metal pumps.
- Have knowledge of material science, machine, and CAD/CAM/CAE design program and measuring tools.
