Responsibilities
1. Control and plan product deliveries in accordance with the logistics plan to maximize transportation utilization efficiency.
2. Control and plan vehicle allocation, delivery routes, and manpower to ensure suitability and efficiency.
3. Control and verify the accuracy of product quantities, models, and delivery destinations prior to dispatch.
4. Coordinate with the Warehouse, Sales, and Production departments to ensure deliveries are carried out according to plan.
5. Control and verify that all delivery documents are accurate and complete.
6. Participate in the development and improvement of delivery standards to enhance quality and reduce errors.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Logistics, Management, or other related fields.
2. At least 5–7 years of experience in delivery or distribution operations.
3. Experience in e-commerce delivery and international shipping will be an advantage.
4. Knowledge of delivery and distribution management.
5. Good computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office.
6. Good command of English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills.
7. Strong coordination and communication skills with related departments.
