Job Responsibilities

1. Data Analysis & Reporting

• Key Metrics Tracking: Calculate, monitor, and analyze critical HR metrics, including turnover/attrition rates, time-to-hire, and labor costs.
• Dashboard Development: Design, build, and maintain automated HR Dashboards using Power BI or Tableau to provide real-time insights for HR teams and stakeholders.
• Periodic Reporting: Prepare and deliver comprehensive monthly and quarterly HR reports to leadership.

2. Strategic Insight & Forecasting

• Predictive Analytics: Utilize statistical models to forecast future workplace trends, such as identifying departments with high flight risk (turnover risk) within next 6 months.
• HR Program Evaluation: Measure the Return on Investment (ROI) and effectiveness of HR initiatives, such as determining if training investments drive performance.
• Workforce Planning: Formulate and manage overall and department-specific workforce planning strategies.
