Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and coordination support to the Sales team.
- Assist in following up with leads generated from events, booths, and exhibitions by making appointment calls.
- Coordinate with customers regarding sales documents such as quotations, purchase orders, and invoices.
- Support sales representatives in preparing proposals and required materials for client presentations.
- Maintain accurate sales records and update customer information in the system.
- Communicate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of customer requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in sales coordination, customer service, or administrative roles (fresh graduates are welcome).
- Good organizational and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Service-minded, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
