Responsibilities
- Develop and execute content strategies aligned with brand direction and business goals
- Create engaging content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LINE OA, Website)
- Brainstorm and generate creative content ideas, including short videos, reels, and storytelling formats
- Appear on camera (if required) to create product demos, reviews, or promotional content
- Write compelling captions, scripts, and marketing copy for campaigns
- Utilize AI tools to support content ideation, script writing, and performance optimization
- Coordinate with Graphic Design, Marketing, and Sales teams to produce content and campaigns
- Ensure brand consistency across all communication materials
- Plan and manage content calendar and campaign timelines
- Monitor content performance (engagement, reach, conversion) and optimize accordingly
- Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or related fields
- 2–5 years of experience in Marketing Communication, Content Creator, or Digital Marketing
- Strong creativity and ability to generate engaging content ideas
- Confident personality and comfortable being on camera (TikTok / Video Content)
- Experience in social media content creation (especially TikTok, Reels, Short Video)
- Basic skills in copywriting and storytelling
- Familiar with AI tools for content creation (e.g., ChatGPT, AI design tools)
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and content performance metrics
- Good coordination and communication skills
- Experience in tools, industrial products, or technical products is a plus
