Responsibilities
- Handle overseas purchasing process from PR/PO until shipment arrival.
- Communicate with overseas suppliers regarding quotation, lead time, production status, and shipment schedule.
- Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (PO) and monitor supplier confirmation.
- Follow up supplier production progress and shipment readiness.
- Coordinate with forwarders for booking, shipping documents, and shipment schedule.
- Monitor ETD, ETA, shipment delay, and logistics risk.
- Coordinate payment documents with Accounting before shipment.
- Prepare and maintain shipment tracking log and purchasing records.
- Coordinate with PM, Warehouse, Accounting, and related departments.
- Support import document control such as PI, CI, PL, BL, and related documents.
- Support cost comparison for freight and logistics arrangement.
Qualifications
- Age preferably 25-30 years
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, English, Chinese or other relevant field
- At least 3-5 years of experience in Oversea Purchasing
- Basic knowledge of import/export process, shipment and logistics terminology
- Good Excel / Google Sheet skills
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to follow up and manage timelines
