Responsibilities
- Analyze warehouse performance, inventory movement, and stock accuracy.
- Monitor inventory levels and identify discrepancies or slow-moving stock.
- Prepare and maintain warehouse KPIs and performance reports.
- Support inventory control activities, cycle counts, and stock reconciliation.
- Coordinate with Supply Chain, Planning, Production, and Logistics teams to optimize warehouse operations.
- Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
- Ensure data accuracy in ERP/WMS systems.
- Support warehouse projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
- 0–3 years of experience in Warehouse, Logistics, Inventory Control, or Supply Chain Analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Data Analysis).
- Experience with ERP or WMS systems is an advantage.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Able to work with data and generate actionable insights.
